sbaje is an online gaming and betting platform that provides entertainment services for users in Bangladesh. These Terms form a legal agreement between you ("User") and sbaje ("Platform").

These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the site after any changes means you have accepted the new Terms. The latest effective version will always be available on this page.

By using the sbaje platform, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age, are legally capable under applicable law, and are using these services voluntarily.

2.1 Age Requirement

To create an account and use services on sbaje, you must be at least 21 years of age. We may request necessary documents for age verification at any time. If an account is created using false information, it will be closed immediately and the associated balance may be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Policy

Only one account is permitted per individual, household, device, or IP address. If multiple accounts are found, all of them will be closed and bonuses will be forfeited.

2.3 Accurate Information at Registration

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when creating an account. If any detail — name, date of birth, or contact information — is found to be false, we reserve the right to suspend the account.

• A valid national ID card or passport number may be required.
• Mobile number verification is mandatory.
• An account cannot be opened using another person's information.

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details strictly confidential. If you notice any unauthorised access or suspicious activity on your account, please notify our support team immediately.

sbaje will never ask for your password by phone or email. If anyone makes such a claim, it may be a scam. sbaje will not be liable for any loss resulting from sharing login details with a third party.

4.1 Deposit Rules

The approved payment methods for depositing funds on sbaje are bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200. Please mention the correct amount and reference number when making a deposit.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit, and only to your own verified account.

• Additional verification may be required when a withdrawal request is under review.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily held if fraud is suspected.
• Additional verification may apply for multiple withdrawal requests on the same day.

4.3 Third-Party Payments

sbaje does not accept deposits or withdrawals made from another person's account. All transactions must be made from the account holder's own payment method. Otherwise, the transaction may be cancelled and the account may come under investigation.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

sbaje offers new users a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Deposit ৳32,000 and receive a ৳15,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳47,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 15x wagering requirement applies on the bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings become withdrawable.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• After receiving a bonus, wagering must be completed within the specified time limit.
• Not all games may be available to play with bonus balance — the list of eligible games can be found in the account dashboard.
• Another bonus cannot be claimed while one is already active.
• If a withdrawal is made before the bonus terms are met, the bonus and any winnings from it will be cancelled.
• sbaje reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.

All bets placed on sbaje are considered final. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless cancelled by the platform due to a technical error.

6.1 Sports Betting

For bets on sports markets, if a match or event is cancelled, the bet amount is generally refunded. However, for partially completed matches, the applicable rules may differ depending on the type of sport. sbaje's expert team will make the final decision in such cases.

6.2 Casino Games

All casino games are operated by third-party game providers' software (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, Ezugi, Microgaming, NetEnt, etc.). The outcomes of these games are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) and sbaje does not directly interfere with these results.

6.3 Technical Issues

If a game or bet remains incomplete due to internet disconnection or a technical error, sbaje will review server logs to make a decision. This decision is final and binding.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the sbaje platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Abusing the bonus system or attempting to exploit it.
• Making deposits or withdrawals from another person's account.
• Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds.
• Using any software, bot, or automated method to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in harassing behaviour towards other users or sbaje staff.
• Attempting to damage the platform's security or infrastructure.
• Attempting to obtain funds or bonuses through any fraudulent method.

For any of the above violations, sbaje reserves the right to close the account without prior notice, forfeit the balance, and take legal action if necessary.

8.1 sbaje's Rights

sbaje reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without reason — particularly if evidence of a Terms violation is found, an investigation is ongoing, or unusual activity is detected.

8.2 User's Rights

You may close your own account at any time. In that case, any verified balance will be withdrawable, but the bonus balance will be cancelled if the wagering requirements have not been met.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

An account may be marked as "inactive" after a prolonged period of inactivity. In such cases, sbaje will take action in accordance with the applicable policy and will notify you in advance by email.
